Snazzy New Point Dume Estate Lists Onto Malibu Market At $24 Million

A newly built house in Malibu’s exclusive Point Dume enclave has just popped up for sale with a whopping $24 million price tag. But that ask seems far less surprising when you consider all of the luxe amenities — not one but two pools, a coveted key to a Little Dume Beach and jaw-dropping mountain vistas, just to name a few.

According to Dirt, Tucked away on a gated parcel spanning nearly 2 acres, the museum-like structure was built from the ground up over five years by developer/designer owners Greg and Mica Belzberg. Completed in 2022, the modern architectural-style home was designed by Standard Architecture — the same firm responsible for crafting eight of millionaire fashion mogul James Perse’s retail boutiques, as well as his personal home.

A total of five bedrooms and eight baths can be found in 8,000 square feet of rambling single-level living space adorned throughout with soaring cedar-clad ceilings, oak and travertine floors framed by Afrormosia wood, clerestory windows, and Crestron and Lutron automation systems. A guesthouse with a separate entry has its own kitchen and private patio warmed by a fire-pit.

Other highlights include a voluminous great room featuring a combination living/dining area topped by a 13-foot cedar ceiling, and displaying floor-to-ceiling pocketing glass doors flowing seamlessly to the backyard. There’s also a three-car garage with additional space for a golf cart and surfboards.
