Khloe Kardashian spoke to Entertainment Tonight Monday (Nov. 9) and alluded to the real reason why her and estranged husband Lamar Odom made the decision to disregard finalizing their divorce, and get this…it’s not for romance.

After rushing to Odom’s side after his near-fatal drug-related incident last month, the outspoken Kardashian sister noted that she and Odom are still married for medical reasons.

“I’m married for a multitude of reasons, but it’s not intimate reasons,” the socialite explained during a book signing for her memoir, Strong Looks Better Naked. “It’s more for medical and also to help with a lot of other things to do medically.” She also said that even if the former basketball player was 100 percent, she noted that he still “has a lot of other issues he has to deal with” before moving forward with any sort of romantic relationship. However, she also said that he is getting stronger every day.

“It’s going to be a long road and he has to walk that road. It’s going to be a long time.”

Kardashian appears to be on again with basketball star James Harden, who she reportedly took a break from to tend to Lamar’s medical needs. She was spotted out with the Houston Rockets’ shooting guard and posted an Instagram video of him over the weekend.
