Jenna Bush Hager revealed Thursday on “Today With Hoda and Jenna” that she was recently involved in a road accident that totaled her car.

“I got in one total wreck in my own driveway of late,” Bush Hager told “Today” show personality Willie Geist, who was filling in for Hoda Kotb.

“Totaled the car. Total loss. Total loss, as Henry would like to say, total loss,” she explained, referring to her husband of 15 years, Henry Hager.

The accident, which the 42-year-old former first daughter claimed happened “recently,” was a result of black ice on her driveway, which the Dallas native admitted she didn’t know how to handle.

“I had never heard of black ice. I didn’t know what would happen,” she explained. “I hit it. I was going a little too fast, too, spun into a tree, that was it.”

The mother of three clarified she “wasn’t injured” and is “fine” now, but confessed this wasn’t her first experience with car crashes.

Bush Hager admitted that she and her twin sister, Barbara Bush, between them got into over a dozen car accidents — though just “minor, minor fender-benders” — when they started driving.

“My first year of driving, I had a little impulse control issue, you know, my brain developed a little later, so I would just put it on, get in the car, speed back without ever looking back, so Barbara and I –– and I’m not 100 percent sure this is the perfect number –– but I’m pretty sure the two of us together got in 13 accidents,” she said, assuring viewers that many of the mishaps “didn’t even require work done.”

Never one to hesitate sharing what’s going on in her family life, Bush Hager revealed last week that her daughter Mila, 10, is one of the countless Generation Alpha kids caught up in her age cohort’s controversial obsession with skincare.

On another episode of “Today,” Bush Hager revealed that son Hal, 4, is finally sleeping in his “big boy bed” instead of his crib in their room, where he had been spending his nights.
