After filing a $1.5 million lawsuit against Dame Dash back in March, Curren$y has decided to back away from the suit.

The rapper, who charged that Dash released two of his albums without his permission, has since reconciled with the producer and will now settle things out of court.

“I rolled that up too, that’s in the ashtray,” he said in an interview with MTV News. “I’m way too cool for a lot of that stuff, because I would always have to talk about it. I didn’t even do it because I didn’t feel like talking about that. So we’ll figure that out. We’re men.”

Spitta is also in discussion with Dash and Ski Beatz about recording Pilot Talk III. In addition, he will be releasing Puff Daddy with Chuck Inglish and Live in Concert with Wiz Khalifa in the near future.
